Dr. Nileema Pandey holds an M.A. (Hindi & Marathi), B.Ed., and Ph.D., and is a respected figure across literature, education and social service. She serves as Founder & President of Neelambari Foundation, heads Kuber Enterprises and Kuber Education, and is Secretary of Sankalp Educational Trust. She also holds leadership roles as Women's President of Kavya Srijan Parivar (Maharashtra) and Maharashtra President of Rashtriya Lal Sahitya Manch.
Her creative range is wide — spanning postmodern poetry, stri-vimarsh (women's discourse), Dalit literature, doha, haiku, geet, geetika, mahiya and muktak — carrying recurring notes of social conscience, feminine consciousness, human sensitivity, love, struggle, spirituality and life-philosophy.
